    Dr Muhammad Nasir, Docsinnovent Managing Director, receives Difficult Airway Society Award

    We are very proud of our Managing Director, Dr Muhammed Nasir, (inventor of both human i-gel and veterinary v-gel airway devices). He has been awarded the prestigious Macewen Medal by the DAS (Difficult Airway Society) to recognise and honour his services to airway management. He is only the 14th recipient of this award and will join the Society’s most revered members. Dr Nasir collected his award on the 13th November in Dublin at the World Airway Management Meeting in Dublin.

    v-gel® wetlab at LAVECCS, Brazil, November 2015

    Dawn Sheppard, Docsinnovent Product Specialist, attended the LAVEECS conference, Sao Paulo, Brazil in November. She joined Rodrigo Cardoso Rabelo speaking to a group of Brazilian vets on airway management and the v-gels, followed by a practical session covering good techniques in intubation, v-gels, and emergency tracheotomy.
    Attendees then came to hear more on our stand.

    London Vet Show - another chance to share v-gel®, a safer alternative to ET tubes

    London Vet Show was another opportunity to share v-gel® with vets and nurses from all over the world.

    Many demonstrations and discussions helped new and existing users with tips and advice on changing to the new gold standard in veterinary airway management.
